Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the download link has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds if:

  • You change your mind after purchase
  • You no longer need the template
  • You don't have a Notion account

We will make it right if:

  • Your download link is broken or doesn't work
  • You were charged incorrectly
  • You didn't receive your download email within 24 hours
